LavenderDay Photo - wedding photographer for your big day

LAVENDERDAY is two people, happily united by saying I DO!

(Though in all honesty, we've been living in a love triangle for a long time now: wife + husband + photography). I am the photographer - Krzysiek, and I use top-of-the-range Nikon equipment for my shots. I have many years of experience in what is far more a passion than a profession, which combined with a sensitive eye and the ability to tell stories through the lens, yields the results you can see in our portfolio. During photo shoots, an unselfconscious smile constantly lights up my face; I love sharing good energy and I have a knack for tuning into your vibe as a couple, so you'll quickly feel completely at ease and relaxed in front of my camera.

And now Jola - she has been in the arts industry for almost as long as she can remember as a graphic designer, as well as a former animator and animated film director. At LAVENDERDAY, she finds her fulfillment in image post-processing – giving photos their colour palette, working magic with the framing, and taking raw negatives into a completely different dimension. What else does she do? She designs albums and, generally speaking, oversees the entire pre- and post-production process.

So, what is LAVENDERDAY photography like? It is full of natural, warm colours, without relying on the presets so commonly used by photographers today (smoky effects, low contrast, muted greens, or blur filters) that will eventually go out of fashion. After all, your wedding photos should be a timeless, beautiful keepsake for a lifetime.
