Design LOFT 22

LOFT 22 is quite likely the only old-school studio of its kind in Praga, set within a pre-war tenement house dating back to 1918.

A new space with a soul

Historic floorboards, original exposed brickwork, and massive display windows are the heritage of its past as a rubber products factory. It is an atmospheric venue boasting a post-industrial design, which has already won the admiration of designers, artists, film and photography crews, and fashion bloggers. It is also an ideal setting for hosting various business meetings, birthday parties, and workshops.

Loft-style interiors

Three spaces of over 200 sq m and a total of 11 rooms, including 8 suites and a new event space, Studio ZER0. Each room is designed with a distinct, original flair. In addition, the venue features a bar offering signature cuisine and a curated selection of spirits from around the world.

An incredible atmosphere, jazz evenings, vintage movies projected onto walls, and loft interiors that evoke nostalgic memories. Furthermore, the property includes a lounge area where you can play a 19th-century piano, read vintage poetry, and admire an antique fireplace, a tile stove, and restored relics from the PRL era.

Local bohemian charm

In a world dominated by skyscrapers and modern technology, the address at 11 listopada 22, where the studio resides, truly stands out. It is arguably the most authentic street in Warszawa, attracting guided tours by day, fought over square-metre by square-metre by filmmakers, while at night the courtyard glows with neon lights and sways to the rhythm of the local bohemian nightlife.
