It is right there, after discovering the world of flavours at Biały Królik and raising a toast under a mad hat, that you can dance an elegant quadrille and feel as if you were in Wonderland…
The five-star Hotel Quadrille in Gdynia, part of the prestigious Relais Châteaux collection, is an absolutely unique setting for a wedding reception. This historical palace-and-park complex is divided into two buildings: an 18th-century Palace and a more contemporary Annex (Oficyna), both connected by an underground passage and a Spa zone. The entire estate is surrounded by a picturesque two-hectare park and a garden with a fountain – the ideal setting for an outdoor wedding ceremony, a wedding cocktail reception, or an original photo session. Lush green lawns, majestic old trees, views of the Palace and the pond are just a few features of this stunning outdoor backdrop.
Original, tastefully designed interiors seamlessly fuse tradition with modernity. The historical spaces delight with their intriguing decor, curated selection of furniture and accessories, including global brands and design icons. Each room in the palace is distinct, highlighted by its name referencing a literary master and evoking the unique atmosphere of their works. Guests can choose, for instance, between rooms named after Leo Tolstoy, Gustave Flaubert, Jane Austen, Charles Dickens or Charlotte Brontë, and that is not the only curious detail...
Quadrille is a true design hotel with a subtly woven Alice in Wonderland theme, inspiring you to let your imagination run wild. You will discover it in the names of the property – referencing the quadrille danced by the characters; the restaurant Biały Królik (White Rabbit) – referring to the main character's guide through the fairytale world; or Pub 10/6, named after Hatter's Day. The entrance hall is adorned with a black-and-white floor reminiscent of a chess game played by the story's protagonists, while the Palace's extraordinary decor creates a fairytale illusion in line with the motto "Experience the Wonderland".
Completing the experience is the exquisite cuisine of the renowned Biały Królik restaurant, recognised by the Gault & Millau culinary guide and led by outstanding chefs: Marcin Popielarz – finalist of San Pellegrino Young Chef 2018, and Rafał Koziorzemski – The Best Chef Rising Star 2017. The tasting menu based on regional cuisine and local produce is just one option for this special day. The wedding menu here is tailored to serve as a highlighted culinary attraction for your celebration.
Not to be missed is the luxurious Spa offering a wide selection of manual and high-tech treatments, expertly selected so that every bride feels fully relaxed and radiant on her wedding day. Quadrille Spa is also a fantastic location to host an Alice-themed Hen Party – soothing treatments, refined refreshments and colourful cocktails are just a few of the surprises awaiting the ladies. An alternative for the gentlemen is a Hatter's Night at Pub 10/6 located in the palace's atmospheric cellars, where they can enjoy quality time tasting selected spirits.

Hotel Quadrille Relais & Châteaux to miejsce, które naprawdę robi wrażenie swoją wyjątkowością. Kameralna atmosfera, cisza i poczucie odcięcia od codziennego pośpiechu sprawiają, że można tu w pełni się wyciszyć. Wnętrza są dopracowane i absolutnie niebanalne, to hotel z charakterem, który zostaje w pamięci. Ogromnym atutem jest SPA, eleganckie, spokojne i stworzone z myślą o prawdziwym relaksie, a nie tylko „hotelowym dodatku”. Całość daje poczucie luksusu w bardzo subtelnym, nienachalnym wydaniu. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce i wiem, że będę tu wracać.
Wspaniałe miejsce! Mimo że urlop był krótki, to wraz z narzeczonym niesamowicie odpoczęliśmy. Hotel zachwycił nas niepowtarzalnym wystrojem i klimatem, a smaki przepysznych dań wspominamy do tej pory. Zaangażowana i profesjonalna obsługa. Na pewno wrócimy ponownie :)
Świetna lokalizacja - blisko centrum miasta, ale dookoła sporo zieleni. W takim otoczeniu nawet podczas wyjazdu służbowego można zregenerować siły. Wnętrze hotelu przenosi w inny wymiar, każdy szczegół zachwyca. Pyszne jedzenie i miła obsługa. Polecam!
Byliśmy tutaj z małżonką rok temu, miejsce okazało się cudowne, choć jesteśmy z Gdańska! Hotel dla dorosłych sprawdza się idealnie na weekendowy wypoczynek, jest spokojnie i przyjemnie. Lokalizacja jak na trójmiasto średnia, lecz hotel w 100% wart 5*. Polecam tym co chcą uciec od szablonowego podejścia typowych pięciogwiazdkowych sieciówek. Pokoje są nietuzinkowe i unikatowe w szczególności Pokój Double De Luxe Lewisa Carrolla. Restauracja i obsługa była cudowna mająca świadomość co serwuje i dlaczego.
Wspaniałe miejsce na bardzo wysokim poziomie! Kilka miesięcy temu zdecydowaliśmy się zorganizować ślub w Quadrille i wiemy, że to była BARDZO dobra decyzja. Pani Olga, Event Manager była niesamowicie wspierająca od samego początku i to, w dużej mierze, przyczyniło się do decyzji o zorganizowaniu naszej uroczystości właśnie w Quadrille. Jej zaangażowanie, elastyczność i pomoc ułatwiły nam organizację naszego ślubu w bardzo krótkim czasie. Zwracała uwagę na każdy szczegół, dzieliła się swoim doświadczeniem oraz kontaktami do muzyków, florystki czy animatorki. Menu weselne z Białego Królika było fenomenalne. Zrobiło ono ogromne wrażenie na wszystkich gościach i do dziś jest często wspominane przez rodzinę. Hotel jest wyjątkowy a obsługa pomocna i dyskretna. Bardzo fajną opcją była możliwość skorzystania z jacuzzi, sauny i basenu po uroczystości ???? Ślub wyszedł perfekcyjnie. Bardzo dziękujemy całemu zespołowi, bo każdy z kim mieliśmy kontakt starał się, aby wszystko było dopięte na ostatni guzik.
