Where are we?
Our venue complex is located in the heart of the Knyszyn Primeval Forest, within unique Natura 2000 protected areas. The idyllic folk atmosphere of our venue makes it the perfect place for a wedding reception surrounded by nature and freedom. From Białystok, you can reach us in just 25 minutes by car.
Guests have at their disposal a large inn, a small inn, a covered shelter with a fire pit, and guest accommodation (32 bed spaces in total): rooms, cottages, and a huge house with a large terrace and garden.
Furthermore, Maciejówka offers ample space for relaxation and walks: swings, ponds, a meadow, and access to the Supraśl River. Our surroundings create the ideal backdrop for a wedding and family photo shoot, and we also know several magical spots nearby for truly unique shots.
What do we do?
We will happily organise a grand wedding reception for 150 people as well as an intimate gathering for 20 guests. Our Inn is always impeccably prepared, decorated with wildflowers, forest ferns, moss, and candles, filled with the aroma of freshly baked bread. Our excellent cuisine is based on natural ingredients sourced from regional suppliers, prepared with painstaking care. The menu offer is rich in seasonal produce and forest treasures: herbs, edible flowers, wild berry sauces for meats, strawberry treats, blueberry pastries, mushrooms, game, and homemade bread baked on-site. We offer regional menus featuring kartacze, babka, and solyanka, as well as outstanding restaurant specialties like wild boar Beef Wellington... everything depends on your expectations. We are also fully open to vegan and other dietary requirements.
The common denominator of all our celebrations—regardless of the menu—is HOSPITALITY! Just as our grandmothers taught us! You will feel like family here!

Our accommodation sleeps 35 guests, but we can also arrange a coach service to and from Białystok, or provide accommodation for guests with our neighbours.
The next day, we recommend a second-day celebration (poprawiny)—traditional in the reception hall, informal in the villa garden, a barbecue, a bonfire, or a picnic with a guitar on the meadow. We have organised many different scenarios, but we have even more ideas!
Remember that by choosing Maciejówka, a dedicated wedding coordinator will be in constant contact with you to support couples, offer advice, and manage all matters related to the reception and accommodation. Our couples value this service immensely and consider it a huge support.

W lipcu mieliśmy przyjemność zorganizować w Borkach nasze przyjęcie weselne. Po zapoznaniu się z dostępnymi ofertami i wstępnej rozmowie zdecydowaliśmy się na kolację degustacyjną w plenerze, pod altaną. W przypadku naszej kameralnej uroczystości był to bardzo ciekawy wybór, który zdecydowanie odbiegał od schematu klasycznego wesela. Od początku współpracy czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Menu było dla nas niespodzianką, a jednocześnie zostało dopasowane do naszych preferencji kulinarnych. Samo miejsce ma wyjątkowy klimat, a w połączeniu ze świetną obsługą sprawiło, że zarówno my, jak i nasi goście czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Serdecznie polecamy to miejsce! 😊
Z pełnym przekonaniem rekomenduję restaurację Borki 33 jako idealne miejsce do organizacji wyjątkowych uroczystości. Miałam przyjemność świętować tam swoje urodziny i był to absolutnie doskonały wybór. Od pierwszego kontaktu organizacja wydarzenia przebiegała na najwyższym poziomie – pełen profesjonalizm, elastyczność oraz otwartość na potrzeby klienta sprawiły, że czułam się zaopiekowana na każdym etapie przygotowań. Obsługa podczas samego wydarzenia była dyskretna, uprzejma i świetnie zorganizowana, co pozwoliło mi w pełni skupić się na świętowaniu z gośćmi. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje wyjątkowa atmosfera miejsca – elegancka, a jednocześnie bardzo przyjazna i komfortowa. Menu było doskonale skomponowane, potrawy smaczne, estetycznie podane i docenione przez wszystkich uczestników przyjęcia. Dziękuję całemu zespołowi Borki 33 za stworzenie niezapomnianej oprawy tego ważnego dla mnie dnia. Z pełną odpowiedzialnością polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto poszukuje sprawdzonej lokalizacji na organizację uroczystości na najwyższym poziomie.
