Na Stawach is a new venue on the map of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, created by a passionate team with years of industry experience eager to share their dedication with others. Opening on 25 July 2024, we currently have available dates for 2025 and 2026.

“Na Stawach” is a modern, elegant wedding venue in Stary Sącz, designed to make your big day magical and unforgettable. We approach wedding planning with genuine passion, taking care of every fine detail – from the interior decor to an exquisite wedding menu. 

Our experience and commitment allow us to create a space that delights and guarantees comfort for both the bride and groom and their guests. We offer a setting that invites you to celebrate love in a truly unique atmosphere.

We offer a choice of two wedding packages.

Sapphire Package:
- all week – from PLN 379.00,
- minimum number of guests Sunday to Thursday: 80 people,
- minimum number of guests on Fridays: 120 people,
- minimum number of guests on Saturdays: 150 people,
- low season (January – March and November – December) – individual quote.

Diamond Package:
- all week – from PLN 399.00,
- minimum number of guests Sunday to Thursday: 80 people,
- minimum number of guests on Fridays: 120 people,
- minimum number of guests on Saturdays: 150 people,
- low season (January – March and November – December) – individual quote.

We are pleased to inform you that we do not charge any hall hire fee. We want your dreams of the perfect wedding to come true without unnecessary extra costs.

Discounts:
- children up to 3 years old – free of charge (without meal service),
- children 3-7 years old – 70% of the menu price,
- event crew (photographer, DJ, musicians, videographer) – 80% of the menu price.

What is included in the package price?
1. Traditional bread and salt welcome for the newlyweds.
2. A welcome glass of Prosecco for every guest.
3. Selected menu.
4. Wedding menu tasting.
5. Voucher for a dinner on your first wedding anniversary.
6. Voucher for 10% off a family event.
7. Opportunity for a wedding photo shoot in picturesque surroundings.
8. Special price for hosting a second-day celebration (poprawiny).

We also offer several options for alcohol:
- bring your own alcohol (corkage fee PLN 25.00 per person),
- purchase our alcohol,
- purchase an alcohol package.

Our “Na Stawach” reception hall is situated in picturesque Stary Sącz, right by a charming pond that gives the venue its unique character. This fusion of elegance and nature creates an extraordinary atmosphere where natural beauty harmonises with luxurious interior finishes. The venue is located in a quiet area, providing privacy and the perfect setting to celebrate every important milestone.

Our reception hall of over 600 m² is a space where classic elegance meets modern design. Featuring subtle pearl white accents, stylish chandeliers and decorations in muted shades, the space easily adapts to any wedding theme – glamour, boho, rustic or classic. The versatility of our layout allows every couple to add their own personal touch and create their dream setting for their big day.

Outdoor wedding ceremony and reception
For couples dreaming of an open-air ceremony, we offer the option to hold an outdoor ceremony on a picturesque pier extending over the pond. Set in natural surroundings accompanied by the soothing sounds of nature and breathtaking views, your ceremony will be truly magical. An outdoor ceremony here is an unforgettable experience that will be remembered forever by the couple and their loved ones, providing stunning memories and gorgeous photo backdrops.

Our culinary specialities
Catering is the heart of every event, which is why at “Na Stawach” we make sure the menu is as exceptional as the venue's atmosphere. Our dishes combine traditional flavours with modern twists, creating an exquisite feast for the palate. We use top-quality local ingredients to serve fresh, beautifully presented and delicious meals. We tailor the menu to our guests' preferences, and our staff carefully attends to every detail to ensure that every moment at the table is a true delight.

Accommodation
With your comfort in mind, we have prepared seven comfortable rooms, including a luxurious suite for the bride and groom offered free of charge for the wedding celebration. For other guests, elegant air-conditioned double rooms are available, with breakfast served in our “Kuchnia Mistrzów” restaurant. Nearby Hotel Perła Południa offers additional amenities, such as a swimming pool, sauna and tennis court – ideal for relaxing after an emotion-filled day.

- outdoor venue hire for a civil ceremony in beautiful natural surroundings: PLN 2,500.00,
