Sample Wedding Menu
After welcoming the Bride and Groom. Hot dishes:
- Traditional chicken soup (rosół) or tripe soup (flaki) - guest's choice
- Chicken De Volaille with butter, roast potatoes, set of fresh salads (carrot salad, white cabbage salad)
- Around 10-11 pm: roast pork loin in porcini mushroom sauce, Silesian dumplings (kluski śląskie), selection of steamed vegetables
- Around midnight: traditional oczepiny games, followed by the wedding cake
- Around 1-2 am: chicken breast baked with pineapple and cheese, chips, iceberg lettuce salad with vinaigrette dressing
- Around 4 am: clear red beetroot soup (barszcz), croquettes or homemade dumplings (pierogi) with cabbage and mushrooms

Cold dishes served on guest tables:
- Platter of cold cuts and rustic cured meats
- Homemade pâté served with cranberry sauce
- Chicken nuggets served with garlic sauce
- Ham rolls served in clear jelly
- Warsaw-style pork loin topped with horseradish mousse in clear jelly
- Turkey in Malaga wine sauce in clear jelly with fruit
- Chicken terrine (tymbaliki) served with lemon
- Norwegian salmon with lemon + boiled egg served with mayonnaise
- Selection of herrings
- Pickled vegetables (cucumber, pepper, marinated mushrooms)
