Zamkowy Młyn is situated below the old walls surrounding the town square, which features the 14th-century St. Nicholas Church and a 13th-century castle once belonging to the distinguished Piast Dukes of Opole and Racibórz. Following the death of the last of the lineage, Jan II the Good, the castle passed into the hands of Ferdinand I of Habsburg.

Within the authentic interiors of this historic mill, dating back to 1852, guests have access to stylishly arranged spaces set across five floors. These include a café, an 80-capacity restaurant, a two-level wedding and banquet hall for up to 150 guests, a conference room for 80 people, and a games room with a 1920s atmosphere and decor.

The second wing of "Zamkowy Młyn" houses a hotel section equipped with lifts, offering twenty-five single and double rooms, as well as the Chef and VIP Suites. The windows of "Zamkowy Młyn" offer unforgettable views over the confluence of the Osobłoga and Młynówka rivers and a small island nestled in their delta, home to a friendly herd of goats. At sunrise, which can be admired in fine weather all year round, guests are awakened by the sound of birdsong.
