DJ Pawcio is an experienced wedding DJ who has been hosting all kinds of special events since 1997, with a particular focus on weddings. Years of practice and in-depth industry knowledge allow me to create an exceptional atmosphere and tailor the musical backdrop to the individual expectations of every couple.
Thanks to professional equipment, an extensive music collection and years of experience, I guarantee seamless organisation and top-tier entertainment. I prepare each wedding together with the bride and groom, ensuring that the course of the celebration aligns with your vision and the unique character of your event.

What additional attractions do I offer?
One of the unique options in my offer is multimedia slideshows created from the couple's photos and projected during the wedding reception using a projector.
Such a presentation can highlight the most meaningful moments of the newlyweds' lives – from childhood, through their shared story, key events and travels, right up to their wedding day. Thanks to custom ideas from the bride and groom or the witnesses, every slideshow becomes a truly memorable highlight for all the guests.

Mieliśmy przyjemność, by poprowadził nasze wesele, wcześniej słyszałam dobre opinie i nie były błędne ;) Pan Paweł świetnie radził sobie z wyciąganiem gości na parkiet, znał nasze oczekiwania i trzymał się wcześniej ustalonych planów. Goście bawili się rewelacyjnie, potrafił zachęcić wszystkich do zabawy i stworzyć świetną atmosferę. Dzięki niemu większość czasu parkiet był zapełniony, a nasi znajomi bawili się do samego końca. Oczepiny były długie i z tego co wiemy wszyscy biorący udział bawili się świetnie. Pan Paweł również jest człowiekiem z poczuciem humoru i dobrze nam się z nim ustalało wszelkie szczegóły. DJ Pawcio prowadził nasze wesele. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowolenia z prowadzenia wesela, doboru muzyki. Goście bardzo dobrze się bawili, wszystko odbyło się zgodnie z ustaleniami. How much does a wedding DJ cost and what does the price include?
The price for DJ Pawcio's services typically ranges from PLN 3,500 to PLN 5,000. The final cost depends on the date of the event, the month and year, location, duration of the reception, and selected extra options. The standard offer includes around 10 hours of service, professional sound, lighting, hosting by two DJs, games, competitions, traditional oczepiny games, and complete MC services.
Price list:
PLN 4,700–5,000 – weekend weddings from May to September (approx. 10 hours)
PLN 4,200–4,600 – weekend weddings in remaining months (approx. 10 hours)
PLN 3,200–3,600 – shorter wedding receptions (depending on date and number of hours)
PLN 2,000–2,800 – second-day celebration (poprawiny) (depending on date and duration)
Does the offer include working alongside an MC?
The service team consists of two people – DJ Pawcio, who is responsible for hosting the event, music, and guest interaction, and DJ RobRoy, who handles technical support, lighting control, and assists with games and competitions. This ensures the entire event runs smoothly and professionally.
Who is responsible for paying the ZAIKS licence fee at the wedding?
As DJ Pawcio, I do not hold an individual ZAIKS licence. The fee for music licensing during the event is most commonly covered by the event organiser, namely the couple.
If the wedding is being managed by a wedding planner or event company, this responsibility may rest with the event organiser. It is advisable to clarify this matter prior to the wedding.
Do I have equipment for outdoor events?
Yes. I have professional technical facilities that allow me to cater to various types of events. Using equipment from renowned brands guarantees high sound quality and reliability during the event. Details regarding technical requirements for outdoor events are agreed upon individually.
Can I prepare a list of songs I do not want played at the wedding?
Yes. The couple can prepare a 'do-not-play list' – a collection of tracks or artists they do not wish to hear during the wedding.
This ensures that the music setlist is even better aligned with your preferences.
Do I host traditional oczepiny games and wedding entertainment?
Yes. The service includes hosting games, competitions, and traditional oczepiny games. All activities are discussed in advance with the couple, leaving no room for random or inappropriate games. I focus on tried-and-tested, tasteful forms of guest integration.
Can I prepare a playlist of my favourite songs?
Of course. The couple can influence the music selection and prepare a 'must-play list' – a collection of around a dozen tracks that simply must be played during the wedding. This helps create a musical soundtrack perfectly tailored to your taste.
Do I provide sound and lighting equipment?
Yes. The standard package includes professional sound equipment and disco lighting. The equipment used includes JBL and Electro Voice sound systems, Denon and Pioneer consoles, as well as various lighting effects such as moving heads, Cubes, and RGBWA+UV spotlights.
Do we offer Live Act performances with live musicians?
Our offer focuses primarily on professional DJ services and event hosting. The possibility of additional live music performances or other attractions is arranged on an individual basis.
