That is fantastic news! To help make your decision easier, let me briefly introduce myself and tell you a little about my photographic journey.

My name is Mariusz, and I am the proud father of Janek and Hania. I specialise in wedding and family photography. Like everyone, I have my passions, and mine include travelling across Iceland, admiring that completely unique corner of the world, and constantly discovering its fascinating, wonderful culture. I hold that country dear for another reason, too... it is precisely where my adventure with photography began. Leaving for Iceland to experience a new chapter in life, I met passionate photographers who instilled a love for photography in me and taught me a whole new perspective on taking pictures.

Everyone has a different feeling about photography. For me, photography is first and foremost about memories... memories that we usually come to appreciate after some time has passed, when we sit down with loved ones during a visit and start browsing through photos and albums. More than once, you find yourself gazing at a photograph while vivid memories of a particular day, situation, or person come flooding back.

Before the wedding day, I always aim to meet with each couple a few times. This is because when documenting your wedding day, I want you to feel completely comfortable in my presence; getting to know you even a little makes collaborating together much easier. Returning to the wedding day itself, I prefer and focus on unposed reportage photography—after all, how can you summon genuine tears of emotion from the bride and groom's parents or grandparents on command? Accompanying you throughout virtually the entire day, I make sure to move discreetly near the key moments of your wedding day, capturing those most beautiful emotions and instances without drawing attention to myself (as the photographer is certainly not the star of the show!).
