Hi everyone!
My name is Sylwia Jurek and I am a portrait, wedding, and family photographer. My adventure with photography started when I was just a little girl. One of my earliest memories is walking around Wrocław Zoo with a colourful camera, begging my mum to buy me more film. Later, I used to borrow my dad's digital camera to do photo shoots with my friends, until I finally saved up enough pocket money to buy my very first DSLR when I was 13. Since then, my passion has grown continuously into what is now not only my passion, but also my profession.
I am a deeply sensitive soul, and I believe this trait allows me to truly feel your emotions, place myself in your shoes, and understand your needs. This makes it natural for me to translate those feelings into photographs and capture the most important moments of your life.
I am based in Zielona Góra in the Lubusz Voivodeship. I was born in Wałbrzych, but in 2007 I moved to Ireland, where I lived for 13 years before finally deciding to return to my homeland.
