Polecam z całego serca Kasię i jej Klimatyczną kawiarnię. Zaczynając od kontaktu po samą realizację naszego zamówienia. Kasię znalazłam poprzez instagrama, juz na początku spodobały mi sie jej wypieki w idei bez glutenu czy laktozy, wiedziałam ze takie będą idealne dla gości weselnych (lekkie, bezproblemowe i przy tym bardzo dobre). Połączenia smakowe są idealne a struktura i forma robi wrażenie. Jeśli ktoś szuka odpowiedniego miejsca na realizacje monoporcji i tortów to właśnie to jest to miejsce. Miałam wizję zbudowania tortu ślubnego z monoporcji w ozdobach minimalistycznych. Wygląd i smak do dzisiaj pamietam, a goście byly tak zachwyceni, że nawet kilka miesiecy po ślubie wciąż komentują tort z monoporcji. Dziękujemy Kasiu! ????
