Pobyt w Hotelu Cristal w Białymstoku był naprawdę bardzo udany i z przyjemnością mogę polecić to miejsce. Już od pierwszych chwil uwagę zwraca wysoki standard obiektu oraz dbałość o komfort gości. Największe wrażenie zrobiła na mnie wzorowa czystość. Pokój był perfekcyjnie przygotowany – świeży, zadbany i bardzo komfortowy. Łazienka lśniła czystością, pościel była pachnąca i idealnie czysta, a cały hotel sprawiał wrażenie doskonale utrzymanego. Widać, że personel przykłada ogromną wagę do porządku i wysokiej jakości świadczonych usług. Dużym atutem jest również świetna lokalizacja, która pozwala wygodnie korzystać z uroków miasta. Na pochwałę zasługuje także obsługa – uprzejma, pomocna i profesjonalna, dzięki której pobyt przebiega w bardzo przyjemnej atmosferze. Śniadania były smaczne, różnorodne i przygotowane ze świeżych produktów, co stanowiło doskonały początek każdego dnia. Bardzo przyzwoity Hotel. Znakomita lokalizacja w samym centrum Miasta, wygodny parking od strony podwórza. Pokoje całkiem przyzwoite, jest wszystko czego potrzeba, czystość na wysokim poziomie. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje restauracja hotelowa. Udko z Kaczki - rewelacja, ceny przystępne, bardzo przystępne. Polecam wszystkim, dobry dla businessu oraz dla Turystów zwiedzających Miasto.
