Klub Sosnowy Warszawa - ideal for weddings and special occasions

If you dream of a wedding reception in a palace-like atmosphere, in a peaceful, charming and romantic setting – Klub Sosnowy is the perfect answer to your search. A neoclassical palace set within a woodland estate makes for a dream location for any wedding celebration.

An elegant reception hall, a stylish Pergola in the garden, a glass-walled Orangery, lush greenery surrounding the property, exquisite cuisine, professional service, and a broad network of partner companies allow us to meet the expectations of even the most demanding guests. We also organise outdoor civil ceremonies and wedding celebrations.

Klub Sosnowy is renowned for its delicious cuisine full of magnificent dishes, with quality personally overseen by our Head Chef. Our wedding menu has been carefully designed to give you the flexibility to choose your preferred dishes and enhance the offer with a variety of additional options.

Our function rooms can accommodate up to 180 guests, while our stylish pergola—an ideal setting for summer celebrations—can host a wedding for up to 240 people. We would be delighted to organise your special day, listening carefully to your wishes to ensure this unique occasion stays in the memories of the couple and their guests for years to come.

The price of the wedding package includes not only an exquisite menu and the hire of one of our beautiful banquet halls for the entire duration of the reception, but also a range of additional services and amenities. Throughout the planning process, you will be guided by an event manager who will prepare a detailed offer, help finalize every detail, and offer expert advice based on years of experience in organising outdoor weddings in Warszawa.

If you are planning an intimate celebration, we invite you to explore our offer for small wedding lunches.

We are located just 15 minutes from the centre of Warszawa. Thanks to the opening of the Południowy Bridge, access is now even easier from districts such as Wilanów and Ursynów. We are situated just 2 km from the exit of the new Południowy Bridge.

Hotel guests can enjoy 52 comfortable rooms and suites. In addition to a delicious breakfast included in the room rate, guests can take advantage of the SPA & Wellness area – featuring a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi.
