À propos de nous
Stara Biblioteka - perfect for weddings and special occasions
Stara Biblioteka was built in 1892 as a suburban residence for the chocolate manufacturer Oswald Püschel.
In the 1930s, the property became the property of the Evangelical Church. It housed the Betania deaconess order, featuring schoolrooms alongside the residential quarters. Before the war, it also accommodated a music school, church archives, and a library with a lending section.
After the war, it was converted into the library of the Medical Academy.
A boutique hotel has been planned within this beautiful, century-old villa, combining commercial and social initiatives by offering educational and scientific services – students from an Evangelical vocational school for young people with disabilities will complete their practical training here.
