• How much is the wedding venue rental fee?

Pricing for renting our barn is calculated individually, depending on the number of guests and the type of event. Promotional prices start from PLN 2000 per day.

• What exactly is included in the venue rental price?

The rental price includes the hire of the barn complete with a covered dance floor, as well as tables and chairs. In front of the barn, we have a chill-out zone equipped with sun loungers and a hammock. There are two bathrooms featuring three showers and three toilets, alongside catering facilities with power connections, a fridge, and a freezer.

• What is the per-person catering price for adults and children?

We do not provide in-house catering, but we work with external catering companies. Prices for 2022 start from PLN 180 per person, with final quotes tailored individually by the caterer to your needs.

• Do you work with your own recommended suppliers (DJ, videographer, florist, catering, decorations, cake)?

Yes, we recommend trusted suppliers who are familiar with our venue and have worked at our events before. However, the choice of wedding suppliers is entirely yours.

• Are there any additional fees for bringing in external suppliers?

No, we do not charge any additional fees.

• What is your policy on alcohol? Can we bring our own alcohol, and if so, how much is the corkage fee?

You are welcome to bring your own alcohol completely free of charge.

• Is there a cake cutting fee for wedding cakes brought from outside?

No, we do not charge an extra fee.

• How many staff/waiters will serve the wedding?

This depends on the package agreed with your caterer. Our recommended catering company approaches event staffing professionally and will advise you during the quote process on the exact number of staff needed to ensure your reception is served to the highest standard.

• Does the venue have a stage for a band or DJ?

We do not have a separate raised stage for a DJ, but we do have a dedicated area for them right on the dance floor with access to three-phase power outlets.

• Does the venue have its own sound system (both for the reception hall and the ceremony)?

No, the sound system is provided by the DJ, who can also provide audio equipment for your ceremony.

• Can a civil ceremony be held at the venue? Is there a dedicated space for the ceremony?

Yes, we have a beautiful gazebo for civil ceremonies along with seating. There is also a beautiful forest on site, giving you the opportunity to exchange vows in a charming woodland setting.

• What is the minimum number of guests required to host a wedding? What is the maximum and recommended capacity?

We do not set minimum guest numbers because you hire the entire venue exclusively. The maximum guest capacity is 120 people, while the recommended number of guests is up to 100 people.

• How long does the wedding reception last, or until what time can it run?

We do not impose a strict end time; it depends entirely on you and your guests.

• Do you provide accommodation, and if so, how many guests can you accommodate? What is the check-out time the next day?

We offer accommodation for 26 guests, including 2 spaces in the bridal suite for the newlyweds, 14 spaces across rooms sleeping 6 people each, and a 12-person room featuring bunk beds with individual privacy curtains to ensure everyone feels comfortable.

Check-out time is 12:00 the following day, with the option to pay for additional hours of stay if there is no subsequent booking on that day.
