Our guesthouse offers comfortable apartments and rooms, situated in the picturesque village of Kunkowa, in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, on the route between Nowy Sącz and Gorlice, right in the heart of the Low Beskids. It is an exceptional region that delights with its tranquillity, untouched nature, and scenic landscapes, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and active outdoor pursuits.

Klimkówka Lake is located nearby. Our grounds border a forest and a river, with a private sandy beach providing ideal conditions for relaxation. Additionally, free parking is available on site.

The property can host outdoor receptions for up to around 100 guests. The picturesque natural surroundings create a unique ambiance for open-air weddings, anniversaries, and family gatherings. We also assist with the organisation and hire of event marquees, allowing you to tailor the space to the character and scale of your event.

Our Guests can enjoy a swimming pool (heated, open from May until the end of September or longer), a barbecue gazebo, a sauna offering sauna nights, and a traditional Russian banya in the woods. For those looking to stay active, we offer a volleyball and football pitch complete with equipment, as well as mountain bike, nordic walking pole, and snowshoe hire. Children can enjoy the playground with a trampoline, mud kitchen, and climbing wall, or run around the forest and paddle in the river. For those preferring quieter entertainment, a PlayStation is available.

Guests also have access to a hall equipped with a projector and sound system, which is perfect for hosting intimate parties, special gatherings, or teambuilding events for around 50 people. Two separate toilets are also located on this level.
