À propos de nous

Restauracja Niebo w Mielnie

We are pleased to present to you a new restaurant on the map of Mielna — Niebo w Mielnie. Modern boutique interiors with subtle decorative accents create a pleasant atmosphere, while an exquisite menu will take you on a culinary journey. The finest cuisine is not just the right combination of ingredients — it is also the ability to pour one's passion and heart into every dish.

An exceptional sense of taste. This is the guiding principle of the team responsible for the success and renown of Restauracja Niebo w Mielnie, translating into the delightful quality of every single meal. They are characterised by complete professionalism at every stage: from selecting ingredients to preparing and serving dishes. An exceptional sense of taste is just one of many factors that set our restaurant's refined menu apart.

To cater to every palate, our head chef builds his cuisine primarily around natural produce. Furthermore, at Niebo w Mielnie we create dishes entirely from scratch — skipping artificial flavor enhancers and pre-made ingredients that could compromise the standard of our kitchen.

Especially for our guests, we have crafted a menu featuring the finest culinary compositions. This gives us total confidence that the menu at Niebo w Mielnie stands out with perfectly balanced offerings. We value nature and quality produce from local suppliers. These two elements form the foundation for the dishes we serve at our restaurant. We personally inspect all ingredients, guaranteeing that our guests receive meals of the highest quality.

We organise all types of gatherings for up to 50 guests:

• First Holy Communions,
• Weddings,
• Birthdays,
• Anniversaries,
• Corporate team-building events

We offer several menu choices for guests and tailor our offerings to your specific needs. We cooperate with decorators and DJs. The room features its own sound system and a drink bar.

During selected periods, guest accommodation is also available in a modern hotel.
