I am Federica, your Planner in Marche & Romagna!
I was born in Rome and for some time now I have lived in the splendid Romagna, a wonderful land, rich in history and culture that is the envy of far more famous Italian regions!
I am a Wedding Planner, a true "wedding planner" in its purest meaning. Do you know what it means? It means that I carry out the whole project of your wedding starting from the assumption that there will only be collaborators and professional figures specific to each situation and no one, much less myself (!), will improvise for what it is not or for which it does not have the right skills (I don't set up sugared almonds or sweet tables , I don't create graphic coordinates, I don't make “bows” or light candles!).
I like to organize intimate, sophisticated weddings for a few people... Those, in short, among the real relatives and closest friends... Events that, strange to believe, require a considerable organizational effort ... Because in these marriages, so special and profound, the attention to detail, harmony between the various elements, simplicity and elegance are at the highest levels.

Federica was fantastic to work with—very organized and incredibly responsive, often replying within minutes. With the stress of wedding planning I cannot express how much her responsiveness put us at ease. As a couple living in the UK planning a wedding in Italy, her local knowledge and ability to coordinate with Italian vendors were incredibly helpful. She was also very flexible; our wedding was simpler and lower budget than what she typically plans, but she approached it with care and attention. Most importantly, she really listened to us, understood what was and wasn’t important, and helped us find vendors that matched our needs and budget. We so appreciate everything she did to make our day so special—it was even more incredible than we could have imagined, and I truly cannot imagine having done this without her.

Federica planned our three-day wedding celebration with such grace, precision, and genuine care. Every single detail — from logistics to design, from vendor coordination to last-minute curveballs (including an unprecedented thunderstorm) — was handled with incredible thoughtfulness and skill. She is remarkably detail-oriented, but never loses sight of the big picture. She made the complex feel effortless, and always with a smile (and usually a laugh, too!). What makes Federica so exceptional is not just how good she is at her job — and she is truly world-class — but how kind, generous and emotionally intelligent she is. She took the time to get to know us, to understand what mattered most, and to bring it all to life in a way that felt beautifully personal. It’s rare to find someone who is both meticulous and creative, who can bring structure and magic in equal measure — but that’s Federica. She was not only our planner, but our sounding board, our support system, and in many ways, our friend. She will always be part of this chapter of our lives, and we’ll never forget what she helped us create. You know Federica has done a wonderful job when you don't have to worry or think about anything on the wedding day. All the planning and organizing before the day was done and she made sure it ran like a Swiss clock. We planned this without outside help just me, my wife and Federica (Mostly Federica). She prompts and guides you along the way and everything is always visible through an online platform which makes life so simple. After an initial call with Federica we appreciated her friendliness, openess but most of all her directness in helping give us some guidance in the initial planning of our wedding. It can be overwhelming to start as there are many elements to consider and Federica helped us through it all. She gave us the peace of mind by giving us options to consider and took away much of the stress when we had questions or had ideas which we needed to run by her or vendors. When all the planning is done and the day is there it is very calming knowing you have someone like Federica and her team can deal with all the details on the day and you and your guests can enjoy it that little bit more. Federica helped make our day that much more special by helping remove so much of the stresses you hear from planning a wedding.
We booked Federica's wedding coordinator package and we are really happy with our choice! Federica was very proactive in the weeks before the wedding collecting all the information and make detailed plans for the day, this made us feel like everything was in control which made us relaxed. On the wedding day Federica was extremelly professional and friendly, she made sure all of the guests, including my very old grandfather, were comfortable and happy. She also put out the decorations we had prepared for the tables and she organised all the suppliers so the whole day went smoothly. We could feel totally relaxed because we could trust Federica had everything in control, we would definitely recommend!
When I first met Federica through a video call, unfortunately, living abroad, I couldn't choose my future Wedding Planner in person. Always placing a lot of value on feelings, I was a bit worried about making the right choice online. However, after our introductory chat, I had no more doubts—she was exactly what I was looking for! As someone not particularly organized and a bit slow in decision-making processes, I needed a "German general" to put everything in order, not only the various suppliers but also the bride herself 😬. Besides these organizational skills (undoubtedly essential), Federica impressed me because she always showed herself for who she is: a woman with a big, pure, and sincere heart. I consider myself fortunate not only to have met a Planner but also a friend with whom to share all the emotions of wedding planning. For the bride and groom, the wedding day is filled with emotions; we could barely focus on ourselves, let alone manage guests, catering, the band, and everything else. The same goes for parents and closest friends, so I am immensely grateful to Federica and the entire team for being there to manage the entire event and make the magic happen. Every detail, more or less important, was shared by us, the couple, with the team through the platform indicated by Federica. This made it possible to see our wedding slowly take shape. If I thought I had a good idea of how our wedding would look with all the details, photos, and a good understanding of the location and every flower or color that would characterize the environment... well, what I found myself living that day surpassed every dream of mine. Our florist and our wedding designer, who took care of all the graphics and setups, created a unique spectacle. It felt like I had ended up in a wedding previously seen only in magazines. I really couldn't have wished for anything better. During the months of preparation, not everything went as expected, but if we were able to turn the unexpected into a new opportunity rather than a problem, it was thanks to Federica and the creativity of professionals. I can only recommend to future couples to share this journey to the altar with these great women and professionals; to let themselves be guided and supported in this unique moment to be experienced with passion and positive emotions that we will remember forever, instead of remembering the fears, anxieties, or problems of the preparations. Organizing a wedding like ours took more than a year between preparations and decisions, and I am happy to have shared the journey with Federica and her team.
Federica is an outstanding wedding planner. From the moment we have contacted her, she has listened thoroughly to our needs to make sure every options proposed responded to our requirements and vision for the wedding. We cannot describe how lucky we have been to have Federica planning our wedding reception! Federica is very detailed oriented, precise, and has an excellent taste. We relied on her for suggestions whenever in need and the result was outstanding. Since we are a mixed culture couple, her excellent communication skills (English/Italian) and great humor made our collaboration so easy and joyful. Well, what can we say about the brilliant Federica?! She has been the most wonderful wedding planner we could have asked for. She was with us every step of the way, always with a smile on her face, even in the challenging times. Living in the UK meant we had to put our trust into a wedding planner we hadn’t met before and Federica absolutely delivered! She is warm, friendly, very professional, exceptional organisational skills, always responsive and will find solutions to problems. Federica was an absolute JOY to work with while planning our wedding. As 2 busy Americans planning a destination wedding for over 75 guests from multiple countries in a small town in Italy, we felt that the best decision we made was hiring Federica as our planner. From the very first consultation to the big day, Federica was extremely responsive, flexible and helpful in every way- from choosing our vendors, to guiding us through tasks, and making sure the biggest party of our lives was exactly how we pictured it - all while staying within our budget. As a Belgian couple, we obviously needed some help in organizing our wedding in Italy (Marche region). We got in touch with Federica (Joy Wedding Planner) and from the first minute we were convinced by her expertise. Throughout the several months before our wedding, we had a very close collaboration. The way Federica helps you in preparing the wedding is extremely professional: She works in a very structured and detailed way; she always keeps the budget in mind; she knows the places and local suppliers; etc. Not only is her way of working very organized, she takes the lead in all steps while giving full control over decisions.
